Darlene Gregory

Darlene began making fine art porcelain dolls almost 25 years ago.  Her doll career began at the age of fourteen when she started making dolls from yarn.  She soon graduated to cloth dolls and then to ceramic clays.  In her early twenties she discovered the fine art of porcelain doll making and has been hooked ever since.

Ms. Gregory’s porcelain Wood Nymphs are each a one of a kind design.  The tiny nymphs are dressed in all natural materials such as preserved oak, maple and lemon leaves and sanitized feathers including pheasant, marabou and peacock.  She details the clothing with tiny dried flowers and tiny seed pods.

In addition to porcelain dolls Ms. Gregory also creates one of a kind Candy Land Cottages, tree top angels and limited edition ceramic wall clocks.
